Ukraine should renew the system of the executive power and create opportunities to attract young, educated staff.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this opening the Ceremony of handing diplomas and prizes to young scientists, teaching staff, and youth for their contribution to the development of parliamentarianism and local self-government on Wednesday.
"It is very important to create opportunities to ensure attraction of young, talented and educated people to the executive power bodies," he said.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said that one of the most important problems of Ukraine today is the weakness of state institutions, which "were established within the system of clans and closeness"
According to Groysman, creation of effective management system is one of the strategic priorities for Ukraine for the several upcoming years. The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada considers it important to raise the prestige of the power and launch the system of "lifts," which will bring new generation of state managers.
"Our task is to ruin the old system and create brand new one to in two-three year renew the executive power from inside with the help of the people like you — with experience, achievements, professionalism, patriotism," Groysman said addressing young scientists and teaching employees.
